A marketing service, not a licensed contractor. Septic system work is performed by independent licensed local contractors.

North Sound Septic Pros

Privacy policy

This policy describes what North Sound Septic Pros collects, why, and who it goes to. The request form asks for exactly four things: your name, your phone number, the county the property is in, and what the job is. It does not ask for an email address or a street address.

Who this policy is from

North Sound Septic Pros (https://northsoundsepticpros.com) is operated by Compass Camper LLC, doing business as Compass Lead Group. Questions about this policy, and any request to see or delete your information, go to [email protected].

What the request form collects

Four pieces of information, and a record of the consent you give when you submit them.

What the form does not collect

There is no email field on the form, so this site does not receive your email address from it. There is no street address field, no property address field, and no payment field, because homeowners are never charged. The form does not ask for a date of birth, an identification number, or any financial information, and no page on this site should ever ask you for those. If a page appears to, do not complete it and tell us at [email protected].

Why it is collected

For one purpose: to introduce you to a septic contractor who can do the work you described, in the county the property is in. The information is not used to build an advertising profile, it is not used to target you elsewhere on the internet, and it is not used for any purpose unrelated to the introduction and any follow-up about it.

Who it is shared with

What you submit here is shared with one independent septic professional serving your county so they can contact you about your project. Nothing is sold to a lead list.

That is one independent septic contractor, chosen because they serve the county you selected and hold the county health department certification for the type of work you described. Not a panel, not a bidding pool, and not several companies at once. Once the contractor has your details, their own handling of that information is governed by their own practices, and any agreement you make is between you and them.

Two service providers also handle the submission in passing. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third party form delivery service that receives the submission and forwards it by email. The site itself is served by a web hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses and requested pages, as almost every website does. Neither of these is given your information for their own marketing use.

What is never done with your information

If you email instead of using the form

Emailing [email protected] means we hold your email address and whatever you chose to put in the message, because that is how email works. It is used to answer you and, if you asked for one, to make the same single introduction. Say in the message if you do not want to be contacted by phone, and that will be respected.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no third party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site trackers. Fonts are served from the site itself rather than from an external font service, so loading a page here does not report your visit to a third party. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How long information is kept

Only as long as it is useful for the introduction and any follow-up about it, and no longer. Submissions arrive as email, so a record exists in an email account until it is deleted. If you would like yours removed sooner, ask and it will be.

How to see or delete your information

Email [email protected] from any address, and include the phone number you submitted so the right record can be found. You can ask for a copy of what is held, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion requests are acted on rather than argued with.

One limit worth stating plainly: if your details have already gone to a contractor, deleting our copy does not delete theirs. To have their copy removed, ask the contractor directly. Tell us as well and we will pass the request on.

Stopping calls and texts

Ticking the consent box on the form is what permits calls and texts, and consent is not a condition of anything. You can withdraw it at any time by telling the caller to stop, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply to texts you receive.

Children

This site is for homeowners and property sellers. It is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted the form, email us and the record will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page and the review date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what is collected or who it is shared with will be described on the page rather than made quietly.
